Abstract

For the increase of the civil consciousness and the ability to act as a citizen, it is important to develop the people's independence by an intrinsic motivation, where it is essential that each person satisfies three psychological desires of ability, autonomy, and relation. The workshop adopting the trial program developed those desires and resulted in the increase of motivation and the change of willingness and action. Verifying the methodology of the workshop has shown an effective way to enhance citizens' intrinsicness.
