Construindo pontes entre saberes: da literatura à gestão

Abstract

Em que pesem as diferenças que os singularizam, os domínios da Literatura e da Gestão apresentam áreas em comum, possibilitando que a partir de uma, no caso a Literatura, se estude e amplie o conhecimento sobre a outra, a Administração. O presente artigo tem como objetivos realçar algumas das contribuições do mundo das artes para os estudos organizacionais e relatar e compartilhar com a comunidade acadêmica a experiência vivida, bem como tecer considerações críticas sobre o Projeto Literatura & Gestão. O Projeto pretende, através da leitura e análise de textos selecionados, não ser tão somente mais uma fonte de aquisição de conhecimentos, mas também desenvolver e aprimorar competências necessárias às futuras atividades profissionais do acadêmico de Administração. Embora o foco tenha sido o processo de ensino e aprendizagem voltado para acadêmicos das áreas de Administração, não há prejuízo, no que é essencial, para sua extensão ao ambiente corporativo, no qual pode ser desenvolvido na forma de seminários e encenações, havendo aí um amplo campo a ser ainda explorado.Despite some differences, the domains of Literature and Management have overlapping areas, which enables the use of one of them (in this case, Literature) to study and widen the knowledge on the other (Business). The present article aims to show some of the contributions from the arts to organizational studies and reporting and sharing the experience of the Literature & Management Project with the academic community, as well as offering critical comments on it. The Project, through the reading and analysis of selected texts, is not only intended to be another source of knowledge acquisition, but also to develop and enhance competencies required for future professional activities of the Business School students. Although the focus has been the teaching and learning process for university students, it can be expanded to the corporate environment, where it can be developed as seminars and role-playing activities. This represents a wide field that has not yet been fully explored.
