The feasibilities of temperature control and crack prevention measures in different seasons are researched based on the mass concrete construction simulation of the left bank pedestal in Jinping-1 high arch dam engineering. Pipe cooling is simulated by equivalent method in the computation, the influence of surface heat preservation, parting and some other factors are considered at the same time. The results show the main temperature control project of different seasons is reasonable and feasible.
