Abstract

Laboratory performance assessment evaluates and compares laboratory project comprehensively and systemically, then judges the overall level and effectiveness of management. Now laboratory project evaluation has been started, but there are still a number of issues, mainly as the absence of the main assessment, the illegibility of evaluation index, the disconnection of qualitative and quantitative assessment, etc. based on the above issues, this paper uses AHP project to establish a laboratory evaluation index system. In accordance with the experience and judgment ability to determine the laboratory index system quantitatively in the form of 1-9 scale, this paper gets judgment matrix and the weight vector of index system, constructs the laboratory project fuzzy evaluation model, combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, thereby strengthens the effectiveness of supervision and evaluation of laboratory performance. © 2012 Springer-Verlag London Limited.
