Abstract

The article discusses on matters where interpretation can be made by each member state of WTO in implementing TRIPS to ensure it will be inline with their own countries objectives and within TRIPS encirclement. Where there is room for intpretataion the author suggested that each countries make use of these ambiguity of interpretation to ensure that a balance between innovation and diffusion will be balanced.
