Patrimonio industrial y una propuesta para el Valle de Aburrá: un gran patrimonio en el olvido

Abstract

Resumen En este artículo se pretende mostrar de forma muy general la relación entre historia y patrimonio industrial. Se se-ñala que las definiciones patrimonio, patrimonialismo y monumentalismo han sido entendidas desde la perspectiva histórica como entes estáticos y de manera individual y aislada. Los conceptos de patrimonio cultural, industrial y paisaje industrial son elaboraciones en construcción objetiva en los gobiernos, campo en el que la Historia adquiere un espacio más en investigación. Se plantea la posibilidad de interrelacionar metodológicamente historia, antropolo-gía, sociología, arqueología industrial, marketing y legislación en el campo de acción en la industria actual que surge en la globalización. El Ferrocarril de Antioquia, los talleres actuales del Metro de Medellín, Fabricato y las viviendas aledañas cumplen las condiciones para ser consideradas paisaje industrial. It notes that the definitions of heritage, patrimonialism and monumentalism have been understood from a historical pers-pective as static entities and in an individual and isolated manner. The concepts of cultural and industrial heritage and industrial landscape are elaborations in objective construction within governments, a field in which history takes one space in the field of research. It brings up the possibility of interrelating methodologically history, anthropology, sociology, industrial archeology, marketing and legislation in the field of action in the current industry that arises in globalization. The Ferrocarril de Antioquia, current garages of Metro de Medellín, Fabricato and nearby homes meet the conditions to be considered industrial landscape.
