Abstract

The lack of understanding of students' concepts regarding the similarity material is caused by the lack of innovation in learning and the limited time and place in the learning process. This development research aims to produce products in the form of android-based m-learning learning media on valid and practical similarity materials to help students in the learning process. This development research uses the ADDIE development method. This development model consists of five stages, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluate. The subjects of this research were UM mathematics lecturers, IX grade mathematics teachers, and 15 grade IX students at MTsN 4 Jembrana. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of the validity of the product developed was 3.53 and the average value of practicality was 3.87. Thus, this product is declared valid and practical to help students understand the similarity material. This product has the advantage that users can access materials flexibly. However, this product is still limited in presenting the material and questions.
