Abstract

Currently, in the Internet video sharing has coexistence of both live streaming and storage sharing (VOD). With, Live streaming video: users care about delay, smooth when playing video. Besides, VOD sharing: users care about quality, download speed. Furthermore, Social Network Service (Facebook, Twitter…) is facing with critical server bottlenecks when a new video is shared in the Internet. It will be increased suddenly people to watch that video. Also, there are existing users, who can be wired Internet users (PC) or mobile users. So, in this paper, we propose a algorithm to solve critical problem by take advantages of wired Internet users (PC) such as high speed Internet connection, high capability over mobile users has low speed Internet connection, low capability, payment for using data. We will give PC users the priority to become super nodes in the network to prevent suddenly leave and join of mobile users. Through experiment, we will show that our approach is very effective approach in providing both live streaming service and VOD in the Web.
