Abstract

Objective Analyse the biological performance of the PRP/nHA/CoI composite biofilm. Methods Prepared nHA(nHA, Nanosized hydroxyapatit) by Chemical precipitation; Co-I (Co-I, Collagen I) was extracted by acid dissolution and protease digestion; Got platelet rich plasma (PRP, Platelet-Rich Plasma) by centrifugation. And crosslinked the composite material. Use the scanning electron microscopy, ELISA immunohistochemistry, 16-slice msct (msct, Multislice Spiral Computed Tomography) to observe composite material and analysis by computer software. Results PRP/nHA/CoI has a higher porosity in line with the tissue engineering material. © Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht 2014.
