Abstract

Effective emergency response is crucial when accident happens. It is the core issue of current research on emergency rescue system (ERS) to find out the method to improve the success rate of timely emergency call access. This paper first introduces the present situation of the emergency rescue industry, on basis of which we will analyse the model of the ERS. Then from the viewpoint of improving the success rate of timely emergency call, this paper introduces an intelligent emergency call system model that takes advantages of intelligent network (IN). When emergency accidents occur, the highest level called terminal sometimes cannot timely respond to incoming communication. In this case, continued calling will automatically be transferred to the corresponding other terminals. This strategy improves the adaptability and real-time performance of ERS and the performance of the ERS behaviour control, has very good prospects in the field of emergency rescue.
