Abstract

A dose-response relationship between the incidence of polyspermy and sperm concentration was found by analysing chromosome preparations of first cleavage mouse embryos derived from fertilization in vitro with 3 concentrations of mouse spermatozoa (2 x 104, 2 x 106 and 1 x 107/ml).
