Science and Technology Policy

Abstract

In this paper, I will explain the general framework of Turkey's Science and Technology Policy. In particular, I will deal with the concepts of innovation and a national system of innovation because the focal point of our policy design is to establish a national system of innovation with all the necessary building blocks and to improve the existing ones. In this respect, I will attempt to explain our approach in the matter of acquiring innovative ability and a national system of innovation.
