Abstract

Four cases of nerve lesions after plating of forearm bones are described. The probable cause of such lesions is discussed. The prognosis generally seems to be fairly good and recovery can be expected in most cases. It is a pleasure to acknowledge the help and advice of Mr. W. Sillar and Professor R. Barnes in the preparation of this paper. The illustrations are the work of Mr. J. Loudon Brown, of the Southern General Hospital, Glasgow. © 1966, British Medical Journal Publishing Group.
