Abstract

Arts and culture education has its unique role in an educational whole. In this article arts education is viewed as a means for children and young people to develop a secure sense of themselves, both as individuals and members of various groups within multicultural and diverse societies. Arts education construct abilities and intercultural competence to confront an increasingly unforeseen world as future citizens that learn to develop their creative potential and free, critical thinking skills.
