In this paper, the appearance of e-learning has a significant impact on education industry including universities. While existing e-learning begins with a stress on interactive contents, it has just one-way teaching method in reality. The aim of this study is to compare existing e-learning system and K-MOOCs system that is widely used in current universities and educational institutions in order to suggest system performance improvement, improvement of structural problem, QoS and cost reduction to be developed as an interactive system. In doing so, it aims to help to make decision on the introduction of the K-MOOCs based system.
