Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset dengan Metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Studi Kasus STT Ibnu Sina Batam

Abstract

STT Ibnu Sina is an institution of higher education in batam city and has 2 (two) study programs namely Informatics Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Asset Processing at STT Ibnu Sina Batam is managed using Microsoft Excel and not all programmed in the asset management system. This study aims to analyze the assets and provide reports on the existing assets in the environment of STT Ibnu Sina Batam and facilitate in reporting either from recording, estimating asset values, improvements, procurement and evaluation of existing assets in order to be well-matched. The object of this study is how asset reporting can be done with asset management standards that include asset registration, placement, transfer, calculation, maintenance, tracking and lapan making. The asset information system designed to provide real time and accurate information that helps asset management officials in providing the report. In designing asset information system used SDLC (Software Development Life cycle) method. The conclusions and suggestions of this research are expected Asset information systems can be developed in the Android version to facilitate the user in monitoring every time against assets that currently exist..
