Background: The application of less varied learning models can cause learning to be less interesting. Introducing the 4C-Scaffolding Global Competency Integrated Project-Based Learning Model (Pj4CS) to Al-Khairaat Ternate High School teachers to improve 21st-century global competence. Method: The location of the activity was carried out at Al-Khairaat Ternate High School, North Maluku, using training and mentoring methods. The activity participants consisted of 33 participants. The method used is the lecture method with the help of PowerPoint, interactive discussions, questions and answers, and filling out questionnaires. Results: 90.90% responded that this activity added enough insight regarding innovative learning models; 90.90% responded that this activity was sufficient to increase understanding regarding the Pj4CS model; 100% responded that this activity was useful in supporting the effective implementation of teachers' professional duties; 96.96% responded that the Pj4CS model was sufficient to accommodate 21st-century learning needs; 87.87% responded that the Pj4CS model was practical enough to be applied in classroom learning. Conclusion: The project-based learning model integrated with global competency 4C-scaffolding (Pj4CS) can be well recognized by Al-Khairaat Ternate High School teachers. Community Service Activities are sufficient to increase insight and understanding regarding the Pj4CS model.
