Abstract

The aim of this paper is to design and evaluate the natural frequency of two twin S shape coriolis mass flow sensors (CMFS). CMFS works on the principle of coriolis effect. Analysis is performed by considering tube is filled with fluid. The materials used for twin tubes are copper and stainless steel. Water is used as working fluid. The design of twin tubes is made in CATIA V5 and simulation is performed in ANSYS 16.2.
