Cretaceous stage boundaries - proposals.

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the chronostratigraphy of the Cretaceous System. It represents a compilation of the proposals that have resulted from the joint efforts of the three working groups of the Subcommission on Cretaceous Stratigraphy, as presented at the symposium in Copenhagen 1983. The working groups are those on: the Pre-Albian, the Albian-Turonian, and the Coniacian-Maastrichtian.-Authors
