Exploration for China’s Competitive Sports Reserve Talent Cultivation Pattern

Abstract

With the continuous improvement to China's international standing inrecent years, China attaches more and more attention to the cultivationof sports talents. To this end, to improve the competitive sports talentcultivation pattern has already become an important task of thecultivation of sports talents. In the continuous development, Chinaexplored for more economic sports talent cultivation patterns inconformity with social requirements, so as to promote the continuousdevelopment of China's economic and sports undertakings, inherit China'ssportsmanship, and carry forward our national culture. In this paper,the author will make a certain analysis on China's competitive sportsreserve talent cultivation pattern, so as to promote rapid developmentof competitive sports undertakings in China, and cultivate more sportstalents for the society.At this stage, China's sports undertakings are gradually changing underthe new economic situation. As an important link to promote thedevelopment of sports, the economic sports talent cultivation patternhas already received high attention from Chinese government. Under thecontinuous and deepening development of China's economic system, theestablishment of competitive sports talent cultivation pattern hasalready become a key link. A good talent cultivation pattern can resultin a batch of excellent athletes, and add to the glory to China.However, it is bound not to cultivating outstanding athletes, if thereis no any good pattern for the cultivation of competitive sports reservetalents. Therefore, importance should be attached to the selection ofcompetitive sports talent cultivation pattern.
