Abstract

Manufacturing industry occupies a pivotal position in an economic society, Lean production reflects the advantages of product quality, cost and resource consumption. It has been paid close attention to by other enterprises, and has been applied by many enterprises. This paper intends to discuss the combination of modern cost management theory and lean production mode, so as to improve the cost management ability and reduce the enterprise cost. At the same time, lean thinking is carried out in the new cost management system, and a new cost management model is established to promote the cost management level of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
