Abstract

Patients with aged-looking faces continue to seek cosmetic surgery to correct unwanted wrinkles, loose neck skin, and brow ptosis. It is beyond doubt that cosmetic surgery improves the sagging skin, but at the risk of an unsightly scar, potential hair loss, or a misplaced sideburn. © 2010 Springer Japan.
