Abstract

Gula merah merupakan salah satu produk sektor agroindustri dengan potensi pasar yang cukup baik, sehingga Perlu untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Jenis saluran Distribusi yang digunakan pada sistem pemasaran gula merah di Desa Batu Mila Kecamatan Maiwa; 2) Mengetahui Margin, Biaya serta Keuntungan Pemasaran pada sistem pemasaran gula merah di Desa Batu Mila; 3) Mengetahui Efisiensi pemasaran pada berbagai jenis saluran Distribusi pemasaran gula merah di Besa Batu Mila Kecamatan Maiwa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei wawancara dan kuesioner dengan reponden penelitian. Data diolah dengan menggunakan rumus margin dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menujukan  (1) Saluran distribusi pada sitem pemasaran gula merah di Desa Batu Mila Kecamatan Maiwa Kabupaten Enrekang terdapat empat saluran, saluran pertama melibatkan pedagang pengecer sebagai pedagang perantara di dalamnya, saluran kedua terdapat pedagang pengumpul dan pedagang pengecer sebagai pedangan perantara, saluran ketiga juga melibatkan dua pedagang perantara yaitu pedagang besar serta pedagang pengecer sebelum sampai ke konsumnen, serta saluran terakhir tidak terdapat pedagang perantara hanya melibatkan pengrajin dengan konsumen. (2) biaya pemasaran setiap lembaga pemasaran pada empat jenis sistem distribusi gula merah berbeda.   Brown sugar is a product of the agro-industrial sector with a fairly good market potential, so it needs to be developed. This study aims to determine: 1) The type of distribution channel used in the brown sugar marketing system in Batu Mila Village, Maiwa District; 2) Knowing the Margin, Costs, and Marketing Profits in the brown sugar marketing system in Batu Mila Village; 3) Knowing marketing efficiency in various types of distribution channels of brown sugar marketing in Besa Batu Mila, Maiwa District. Data collection was carried out through interview surveys and questionnaires with research respondents. The data is processed using the formula for margin and marketing efficiency. The results of the study point to (1) The distribution channels in the brown sugar marketing system in Batu Mila Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, there are four channels, the first channel involves retailers as intermediary traders in it, the second channel contains collectors and retailers as intermediary traders, the third channel It also involves two intermediary traders, namely wholesalers and retailers, before reaching consumers, and the last channel is that there are no intermediary traders, only involving craftsmen and consumers. (2) marketing costs for each marketing agency in four different types of brown sugar distribution systems.
