Abstract

The performance test system of inverter is realized in this paper. Aiming at the functional requirements of inverter test system, the hardware platform of test system is designed, meanwhile the function partition and modularization programming of system software is completed. And besides, the cycle analysis of collecting data of three-phase voltage and current of inverter output is implemented. We also accomplish the balance analysis and calculate the harmonic ratio, harmonic content and total harmonic distortion. In practical engineering application, this system can absolutely realize automatic testing process efficiently and reliably, moreover the measurement results are identical with the manual measurement results. In the conclusion, the output voltage, current harmonic and the calculation of balance are presented according to Schneider ATV31H inverter. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
