Abstract

The article offers information on probiotics which are good for the digestive system. Probiotics reportedly have numerous health benefits which include reducing the signs of aging, fight bad breath and acne, and improving hair and nails. Also discussed are the common probiotic strains and their key benefits which include Lactobacillus acidophilus, bacillus subtilis, and lactobacillus casei.
