Abstract

AbstrakThis article explain the urgency toward natural gas regulation's that relfected out From scarcity was happened in many times, It has became repeatedly tends because here the goverment has no control to natural gas distribution under the recent law concerning oil and gas business ·s. Theauthor suggested that goverment 's action is to take control through natural gas distribution and not only concerning price and selling precentage. Goverment authority has been given under article 33 of Indonesian Constitution (UUD 1945). Regulation towards natural gas distribution meant here is concerning territory limitation (domestic and foreign market orientation) that keep the mission to social welfare.
