Abstract

Based on the theory of knowledge management and human resource management, this paper explored the relationship between knowledge management and human resource management and analyzed the problems in knowledge management in China's enterprises. In addition, this paper put forward some suggestions to improve the level of knowledge management according to the China's practice. The paper argued that the integration of human resource management and knowledge management can achieve effective management of knowledge innovation. On the one hand, the knowledge management can improve the knowledge innovation through more effective system and method of human resource management; on the other hand, combining with human resource management can dispel misconceptions of knowledge management, and knowledge management can achieve further development by taking people as the core of management. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
