In Chile have been raised in the parliamentary field some constitutional reforms to the type of presidentialism goverment what you are designated as approaches to the semi-presidentialism; our hypothesis is that they are only minor variations of pure presidentialism, you are away from the kind of government semi-presidential, which is an alternative feasible and possible to strengthen constitutional democracy in Chile and that it makes it possible to overcome the weaknesses of the Chilean presidentialism.
