Abstract

The research article analyzes the experiences of anti-hegemonic universities that arise due to the crisis of civilization, capitalism and its refined neoliberal economic model, and environmental catastrophe. The proposals of these universities are characterized by being embodied in the territory and interrelating with emancipatory movements and struggles, environmentalism, feminism and anti-globalization, among others. These are proposals for “university people” and “university community” (in contrast to the “university company”), whose place of epistemic enunciation are the spaces of knowledge, retro-learning and co-learning from pluriversity.
