Abstract

In this chapter, a series of general guidelines are presented for the medical management after the main repair of most anorectal malformations, including the protocol of anal dilatations and the avoidance of constipation which is extremely important. Also, the authors discuss the series of measures that will help the patients with good functional prognosis to become toilet trained.
