Abstract

Preserving the privacy of the data is necessary especially when outsourcing sensitive information to the cloud servers. Symmetric searchable encryption (SSE) is known to be an efficient solution for preserving data privacy and keyword-based search on encrypted data. In this work, we have constructed an efficient data manipulation method on encrypted data using SSE with clustered document collections. We have implemented various data operations such as insert, update, and delete operations over encrypted data and at the same time validate data integrity in the encrypted domain. Rigorous experiments have been executed to evaluate the performance of the system.
