Abstract

This research is qualitative research that aims to find out the effect of literalization and digital payment on the improvement of small and medium micro business in Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang. The data used in this research is the primary data which was collected through a questionnaire which was administered through a paper-based questionnaire. The object of this research is small micro businesses in Kemuning Subdistrict. The population used was all MSMEs operating in Kemuning Subdistrict with a total of 1448. The sample size was determined by using the Slovin formula. In accordance withthis formula, the total number of samples taken for this research was 94 MSMEs. The method used was multiple lineal regression analysis. The results showed that thevariables of qualitative literacy (X1) and digital payment (X2) have a positive impact on the variables of increasing revenue (Y).
