Abstract

These are (1) to develop virtual tour as a medium for introducing services and layouts for the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta library and (2) to test the feasibility virtual tour as a medium for introducing services and layouts for the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta library. The research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta library. The method used to develop this learning media is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). This method consists of 6 stages, concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of black box testing by three examiners with a percentage of 100%, media test assessments by two media experts with an average percentage of 91.33% in the very feasible category, material experts with a rate of 100% in the correct type and based on a user satisfaction questionnaire after using virtual the tour obtained an average percentage of 92.16% in the very decent category.
