Abstract

Between July 2008 and May 2009, we carried out a project for the development of a science centre in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. After this extraordinary experience and other international cooperation programs such as the establishment of a new science centre at the Palestinian Al Quds University in East Jerusalem, what we have obtained in the field has led to International recognition and has prompted us to prepare this text in order to provide a theoretical and practical tool for future scientific communicators who wish to become involved in setting up new projects.
