Abstract

The available observational date and cosmological models indicate the possible existence of supercivilizations with ages of technological development 6-8 gigayears larger than on the Earth. The probability of their detection is probably connected with observations at wavelengths from 3 mcm to 3 mm, and also with the solution of the hidden mass problem and searches for multiconnection of the Universe.
