Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to present the prospective changes in human-organization relation in enterprises caused by the technological progress, the progressive global digital transformation of tools and processes in particular, and to define the competences which should be currently developed in order to maximize future competence matching. The paper indicates groundbreaking innovations in the concept of Industry 4.0. It shows the most significant changes in organizations caused by the fourth industrial revolution. The main focus was the human-organization relation. Prospective changes in the functions of employees and in the scope of competence needs of enterprises were determined in the HR area. It was based on the literature analysis and the results of empirical, primary and secondary research.
