Abstract

Electron diffraction is a well-established technique in transmission electron microscopy with regard to the instrumentation as well as to the simulation and identification of the diffraction patterns. E.g. the JEMS package by P. Stadelmann [1] is a well-known software. Nevertheless, special questions and requirements lead to wishes for special layouts and possibilities of the software.
