Abstract

It is a common concern to enterprise and employees that make employees have a healthy state of mind. Collective psychological capital as a group shared healthy state has not been studied, especially in domestic. This paper, through literature, interviewmethod and open questionnaire investigation, found that the collective psychological capital ismade up by collective hopes, collective resilience and collective efficacy, then developed a measurement scale with good reliability and validity. Finally, this article found that collective psychological capital can achieve win-win between organization and employee development.
