In knowledge economies, universities play a major role. Their traditional missions of teaching and research are being broadened to include third Mission activities that facilitate their engagement with social and economic world, technology transfer, partnerships with employers and employability of students. In this new context, a new organizational and strategic adaptation process is needful. In relying on the ambidextrous organization theory, our article analyzes the case study of a university preparing and adapting itself to the implementation of an additional mission for the university as a whole: students’ employability.
