Abstract

A 48-year-old man with history of pulmonary sarcoidosis and Mobitz II second-degree atrioventricular (AV) block status-post dual-chamber pacemaker implantation presents with dizziness and ventricular tachycardia (VT) requiring external cardioversion. Case discussion focuses on steps in diagnosis and management, including catheter ablation, of ventricular arrhythmias in cardiac sarcoidosis.
