Arsyta Bakery is one of the bread industry UMKM in Kefamenanu City, Timor Tengah Utara Regency (TTU) which has been established since 2009. The bread industry competition in TTU Regency is getting more and more competitive which has an impact on the quantity of bread production and sales at Arsyta Bakery. Based on the results of initial observations with UMKM owners, Mr. Joko Wahyono, since the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of sales of the bread has decreased. This is due to competition from similar products. It has also been caused by changes in people's shopping habits. The COVID-19 pandemic has reduced people's activities outside the home and they often shop online. The community service activities carried out are in the form of social media marketing training to improve the quality of human resources at Arsyta Bakery MSMEs. The results of the activity show that partners have social media accounts in the form of a weblog: https://s.id/Arsytabakery and Google business profile: https://s.id/ProfileArsytaBakery and their employees have been able to carry out promotions via social media accounts independently.
