Abstract
Two new iridoid glucosides, humifusin A and humifusin B. with a 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate ester unit were isolated from Galium humifusum together with 11 known iridoid glucosides asperuloside, scandoside, desacetylasperulosidic acid, asperulosidic acid, geniposidic acid, desacetylasperuloside. monotropein, VI, V2, V3 and daphylloside. The new iridoids were identified on the basis of spectral data. 13C NMR data for VI and V2 iridoids are reported. © 1999, Verlag der Zeitschrift für Naturforschung. All rights reserved.
