Abstract

The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises has established the organizational culture core values AKHLAK, which is an acronym for Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptif, and Collaborative to be implemented throughout state-owned enterprises. This study is conducted with the aim of evaluating the impact of implementing the core values of AKHLAK on employee productivity. The applied research method is quantitative-based research. In this study, the employees of the company were used as the population, totaling 104 employees. The data collection technique utilized a questionnaire, and the sampling technique employed a saturated sampling method. In this study, data analysis was conducted by applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using SmartPLS version 4.0. PLS (Partial Least Square). This study is conducted with the aim of evaluating the impact of implementing the core values of AKHLAK on employee productivity.
