Abstract

Insomnia is a complex sleep disorder influenced by medical conditions, psychological factors, lifestyle habits, and environmental influences. Effective management requires a comprehensive approach, including non-pharmacological interventions like CBT-I and lifestyle modifications. Pharmacological treatments may be considered for short-term relief, but should be used cautiously. A multidimensional approach involving healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and patients can improve sleep quality and overall well-being.
