Abstract

Conclusion: Navigated minimally invasive unicondylar replacement with specific instruments leads to a superior accuracy in reconstruction of limb alignment. Additional and valuable information is provided to the surgeon intra-operatvely in order to achieve the planned leg- and component alignment. © 2007 Springer Medizin Verlag Heidelberg.
