Abstract

Endoscopic carpal tunnel release described by Jay Menon [14, 15, 22](Loma Linda University,California USA)is an original one-portal release technique of the carpal tunnel ligament (CTL)developed after the first one-portal release techniques introduced by Okutsu and Agee [2-4, 8]. © 2007 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
