Abstract

Two new tree fern species, Cyathea sharmae and C. nayarii, are described from Arunachal Pradesh, Northeastern India. Of these, C. sharmae is related to C. henryi (Bak.) Copel. while C. nayarii has affinities with C. andersoni (Bedd.) Copel.
