In order to improve the weighing accuracy of the dynamic axle load truck scale, this article carries the static and dynamic tests on the dynamic truck scale and analyzes the test data. From the list, mapping, analysis and calculation of a serial of sampled values of the rear axle, we can concluded that on computing axle load by the sampled values, we should all select valid weighing platform data if some of sampled values are from transition section, inaccuracy of weight value greaten, the more sampled values from transition section, the more inaccuracy of the weight value. The test results prove that the selection of the sampled values is an important factor that influence the accuracy of the dynamic axle truck scale, In the design of the dynamic axle truck scale, We should take effective processing method, guarantee as far as possible to select sampled values of valid weighing section and avoid using the transition section. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2012.
