Abstract

CFRPでは炭素繊維と樹脂のX線吸収特性が近いのでコントラストが小さく、画像上で繊維方向を判別しづらいのでデジタル画像相関法(DIC)を使って判別する手法を提案。異なる断面のCT画像を比較し、明度変化を変位ベクトルと読み替えベクトル方向を繊維の方向、変化しない部位を樹脂のみの部分とした。この方法でCT画像から3次元的繊維パターンを取得できる。
