Abstract

This study proposes an algorithm that estimates locations of sensor nodes using directional antennas, which radiate or receive electromagnetic waves effectively in a specific direction for the RDV-HOP algorithm. It shows that the wireless communication range is presented as a maximum value for the directivity value of 6 in 2-way antennas. Alto, it is verified that localization errors are measured as the smallest value.
